Great service. I ordered one of my favorite drinks hot chocolate and one of my favorite breads 🍞. Banana nut loaf. Super tasty. 👌. I appreciate the service here 🙏.

Nice staff, but the crazies kept harassing me because I made the mistake of looking at them once and had to leave in a haste. He was asked to leave but there is no guarantee of any safety

The staff was really nice and even helped me make a random custom drink which was fun, gonna be honest the drink had a bit of a weird flavor but the thought was really nice. One of the employees, I think his name was Manny, made me a random drink when I asked him to surprise me and was really nice about it. The music and atmosphere was awesome as well. Edit: his name was Bobby, he was tall with curly black hair tan skin and dimples and he was super nice, employee of the year for sure.

This Starbucks is a reliable stop with friendly baristas and a clean, comfortable atmosphere. The drive-thru is convenient, especially during busy hours, and the staff is consistently efficient and welcoming. While the interior can get crowded at peak times, it's a great spot for a quick coffee run or a relaxed sit-down. Highly recommend the Bacon, Gouda & Egg Sandwich and the Iced Flat White.

I’m a loyal customer to this location because I work in the area. However, how I was treated this morning will change my loyalty & will buy my coffee elsewhere . I placed an order for pickup at 5:25am and arrived at the drive through at 5:45am. Instead of being greeted at the window a young woman said “Next time can you give me more time, you literally placed the order 20 seconds ago”. She obviously forgot her purpose for being hired there. Starbucks management, please retrain your staff at this location.

Always an issue at drive through, if you want to throw your money away...diluted ice coffee ( i asked for no ice ) then served runny, watery, undercooked spinach, feta egg white wrap. When asked for a new wrap, served over cooked with burned edges. To top it off, arrogant, rude male at window, followed with chatty female on headset, barely attentive, seemed put off when asked for receipt.....

Starbucks ‘light Ice ‘ to go ;
Is amazing how many times I been asking for ‘light ice ‘ and I got a 1/4 of the cup on ice , making my drink lower in liquid and difficult to taste . I been wasting more than 300 usd in this store thinking that the staff will known that ‘light ice ‘ is a small amount of ice in your drink ,but no!!!. Is enough to make you finish your drink in 3 sips . Even I think the cup was changed for a cardboard one to avoid complaints from members who can watch how many ice they drop inside . Surprise me the most than a female who ate there sometimes is also a co-worker from the one on Marina del rey ,so my question is ‘why the same drink quality can’t be delivered in marine store ?. Is lame how they cheat members, specially when they order to go, staff decided how they going to handle your order , whether you like it or not ,your drink will not came up it should .
The two cups on the photo is how much is ‘light ice’ for them ,the other one is how much amount the ice will grow inside of the cup and make your drink have less lemonade or whatever style you ordered, either way ,will be les amount of what you paid .
Sadly ,this is been a situation for 3 months, how much money I had lost ??? probably like 150 .
