The food and service was awesome. The millionaire bacon is just the bees knees. My small gripe is that all the food leans more sweet than savory but it's literally called sweet maple. I'd lean straight into their sweet oriented food because it's soooo good.

Came in on 2/14/26 and had to join the walk up list because (understandable given it was Valentine’s Day) the wait wasn’t even too bad. Had to wait about 15 min just to get seated. The hostess were very accommodating such as offering to sit at the bar area. After we got out table the service from our waitress was great given it was a full house. They do well under pressure! We ordered a michelada (9/10), maple espresso martini (10/10), Mexicali burger (9/10), short ribs pot (8/10) and I wish it came with another egg lol Original millionaires bacon (10/10) and star of the show!!
We would come back again. They also validate the public parking nearby.

I saw it had a long line the last time I passed by, so I decided to book a seat. The Shin Rayman is so good — Asian-style, and the omelette is so pretty. Great atmosphere here, and I love the brunch vibe.

You won't regret eating here! I ordered the chicken and waffle and the cinnamon coffee it was so good and a good portion.
The souffles are delightfully fluffy and the millionaire bacon is as good as it looks. Fantastic hollandaise on the eggs benedict too.

I really wanted to try a Tornado Omelet after seeing it on YouTube, but I couldn't find a place that served it. I was so happy to finally discover this restaurant! The omelet itself wasn't as soft as I’d imagined, but the rice, sauce, and galbi (short ribs) paired so well together that it was delicious.The egg soufflé was amazing—it felt like eating a super soft egg bread, which I loved. I had it with some potatoes, and the scone that came with it felt like dessert. It wasn't too sweet and was really soft.The seating was a bit cramped, making it a bit uncomfortable to move around.

The brunch/lunch menu has a ton of options but the food is not great. Outside of their famed bacon the rest of the food was just ok and some dishes just simply poorly executed - the short rib bowl for instance ate like unseasoned steak bites, touch and in pieces which slow cooked/braised short rib would pull. Points for friendly service though.
