Came in here on Friday afternoon. The staff was very helpful and efficient. I ordered the chicken fajitas. They food was perfect. Great job to this staff.

Just received my order and a whole dish was missing. The order was placed via the Sweetgreen website. This is the third time that something has gone wrong when ordering from the 4th St. Santa Monica location. Customer service was no help because it is an automated, text a.i. robot. Trying to talk to a living person is apparently not possible. It is a shame that Sweetgreen has become such a disappointment.

It’s actually impressive they have managed to completely undercook their white rice on my last three visit.

Healthy food. Clean place. Not enough choice of drinks.

Mixed feelings. One day food was good, but the next time I visited — got a severe food poisoning. Clearly I got it from this cafe as it was the only food I had today. I think I was their first customer that day, and maybe around half an hour I started noticing symptoms. The end result: spent whole day puking and deficating. I think it's either food or staff didn't wash hands properly

I ordered the salmon bowl today for delivery while I worked. The order on the front receipt was accurate but the bowl itself was a disaster. 1/4 full, 1/2+ ingredients missing, etc. a mess. The person who completed this order was really doing the least. I like sweetgreen but wouldn't recommend it for delivery

Don’t come here if you are POC. They asked me if I knew the pricing after they noticed I wanted a couple of items on my salad and they had me pay before making my food. I’ve never had this experience at any other sweet greens. Came here 1/4/24 around 11am. Older white lady with blue eyes and thick black liner.

4th street in Santa Monica was the best location and more importantly the food. Everything was fresh and amazing service. I have eaten at the location in Santa Monica and it was the worst smell and the food really had very little flavor. Maybe I need to try it again

This was my first time coming to SG and I'm a bit torn on what rating to give this place. The food was good but my server really grossed me out. On top of being unfriendly (unlike the other workers that welcomed me as soon as I walked into the establishment), she carelessly put my salad together. I watched as she scooped some rice into my bowl, spill the rice onto the counter, then proceed to push the spilt rice back into the rice container. Huge, disgusting, red flag. It's concerning to me that she didn't throw out the contaminated food. Harvest Bowl - 4/5 Fresh tasting salad bowl. Chicken was tender. Sweet potatoes are cut too thinly to provide much flavor throughout the bowl.

No wonder the miso salmon price is discounted...order was delivered with only the sides...NO SALMON!

Great, fresh and healthy food, lovely place, clean and tidy. Friendly and patient staff. Prices are very ok for Los Angeles. At the time we were there (in the morning) there was no crowd. If there is a chance, we will come back again.

I'm still shaking after my encounter with Dennis who works at the Montana location. I ordered 2 miso salmon bowls and when they arrived, one of them was missing the salmon. The store was impossible to reach by phone. I'm in a lot of pain from hip surgery; I had to walk the 4 blocks w/ my cane at night to ask for the salmon. OK, sometimes life sucks a little bit. When I asked to speak to the manager, while I was holding the bag that was missing the salmon, Dennis spoke up. Instead of apologizing and simply making it right, he went into obstinate defense mode. He insisted that he put those dishes together himself and that the salmon was in there when he handed it to the Postmates driver. He refused to take any responsibility or even say, "Wow, sorry about that. That's weird. Let me make it right. And have a safe night." But no, he insisted he did it right. It was bizarre and stressful. He finally added salmon to the cold bowl that I carried in, and continued to insist he did it right from the beginning, saying "I gave you what you want." What? Zero empathy for the customer or accountability. I saw his nametag and told him I was going to file a complaint against him. Then things got crazier. He started repeating my first name in a threatening manner, actually stalking me out the door (keep in mind, I've got a cane and a heart monitor... geez!) and saying if I was going to file a complaint against him, he was going to file a complaint against me. Holy crap, he scared me. I told him at that point that he was really being a jerk. He said, "Good, I'll be a jerk the rest of my life." I hope corporate sees this review. I've never had this experience with a restaurant before or any of its employees. Wow.

BRANCH MANAGER ALYSSA FRANCOYS does not pay me for days worked. She made me go 3 times to get my check saying that she had it and she wasn't there, she doesn't answer my messages and she doesn't want to serve me in the store. Would you go shopping at a place where they don't pay an employee?
