This has got to be the worst Tocaya location. I ordered delivery because I have sick kids in bed. My chips were obviously burnt, I didn’t get my drink and the amount of avocado on my taco was comical.

Zero hospitality, it must be how the restaurant is set up. We ordered food on our phone and then they bring it out. It's weird that no one greeted us or any other customers I saw when we dined there. You would be better off going down a few blocks to Chipotle for a much better fast casual meal. We only ate here bc it was in the building of the airbnb we stayed in was located. The chicken was so over cooked my 5 year old said I can't chew this.

Americanized version of Mexican fare. Well prepare salads, tacos, burritos etc. Clean place and quick service. Will go again.
Don't recommend this place.We tried the tacos, elote and quesadillas, all of them had sub par taste.The drinks were decent and the place isnt pricey, but suggest trying other spots on Venice beach.

Showed up at the restaurant on 9/24/23 at 11:09 am, and the doors were locked. There were employees inside working in the kitchen. The female manager was also there. The store was supposed to open at 10:30 am. The employees saw a few patrons waiting outside, but not one employee came to the door to give us a status. Very disappointing. We waited 15 minutes then left.

Excellent clean and fresh food. Very creative and healthy menu, for both carnivores and herbivores. High quality ingredients with a unique twist on almost every item. I can't seem to go beyond the salmon bowl, which is so good - fresh vegetables in a tasty sauce, lime rice, and high quality fish. Really nice interior and friendly service. This location has margaritas and beer and wine. I eat here often. Highly recommended.
