Not what it was… I loved Umami burger when I first had it about ten years ago. Since then, I’ve noticed a serious decline in quality. They tried to expand and got greedy, and now that strategy is backfiring.

The absolute most gross food. I paid 30 bucks for a meal, took two bites of the burger, one hand of fries and trashed it. Pure garbage. I promise you this is the worst I have ever tasted. I contemplated asking for my money to be returned, but was in an hurry to get to my gate. What a terrible experience. Never again. Be smart and do not let it happen to you

This place is closed. I made reservations through Open Table for Valentine's day and my husband and I ended up having to walk in the cold wind to find someplace to eat! Very disappointing indeed!!! I don't understand why Umami Burger does not have the decency to update their records and Why Open Table books people when there is no place to go.

I'm normally not a big smash burger fan, but these were fantastic. They were juicy, well seasoned, and a great deal. I had the New Boss Box at the server's recommendation. Flavor combos were not my usual choices for a burger but a pleasant surprise. The fries were good, but a bit heavy on the heat for my tastes. Sauced were a good complement. Both of my drinks packed a punch, but that was only noticed after enjoying the great mix of flavors. Definitely would try more of their menu next time I'm in town.
