The cake pops, mini cupcakes, cakes etc were all delicious! Everything tasted fresh with higher quality ingredients. The cake is very dense so you can slice it extremely thin and it'll still hold up well to feed more people than suggested and it's still more than enough. The cake doesn't crumble or fall apart.

There aren't enough words! I contacted VBS with a last minute request for a small cake and they were so lovely ! They were kind, made sure they understood what I wanted and they created something so gorgeous and DELICIOUS! They let me customize colors and worked with me back and forth until it was perfect. The blackberry dulce is above and beyond so yummy and the cake itself was a work of art! Highly recommend :)

We walked over from 3rd street promenade. I ordered the dark chocolate cupcake. It was so moist and delicious. Definitely satisfied my dessert craving after an early dinner.

Peanut butter cookies are great, but I got a white chocolate cranberry oatmeal cookie today and not a single piece of white chocolate. An ok cookie, but at over $4 for a cookie, it should have the stated main ingredients.

This woman short chubby Latin descent, was at the register was rude when I had ordered a cake sampler online. she didn’t even offer to put a bow on the to go box when I saw all the boxes in the store had ribbons on them didn’t want to put one on mine also when I had a few questions she went to the back and wouldn’t even answer all of my questions she did the absolute least and for the most amount of money needless to say she had a bad attitude! Don’t shop here it’s a waste of gas and a waste of money your better off going to your local grocery store because the cakes aren’t even worth it period!

Stellar work every time for all the custom birthday cakes I've requested throughout the years! This last time, Mireya (spelling?) went over and beyond in accommodating us by checking with the manager and ensuring that our cake would be designed exactly as we wished by the time that we needed it. I'm not sure how they pulled it off but then again, I shouldn't be so surprised as they churn out BEAUTIFUL/IMPECCABLE cakes time and time again. Their standards are extremely high and they won't do the job unless they know it'll be 110% perfect. Thankfully, they've never disappointed.

Absolutely loved our wedding cake. The cake designer really listened to what I wanted and brought it to life. My only negative thing is that they forgot to include the 2nd flavor we really wanted but the strawberry and cream was delicious! All of our guests loved the cake!

I am very impressed with Vanilla Bakeshop. They have an easy system to place orders, and their staff is always pleasant.I ordered a marble cake for a birthday and was amazed. The flavor was great, and the frosting wasn't TOO sweet. Price was absolutely reasonable. This will be my new go-to spot for cakes and cupcakes.

Had a quick snack in the LAX International terminal. The baked goods looked sketchy and I should gone with my first impression. But I didn't - shame on me. AWFULLike the wrapped pastries you see at a 7 Eleven. Disgraceful to let international travelers think this represents LA. Hope they lose their franchise at the airport
