Would leave negative stars if possible! Worst customer service ever pizza took FOREVER!! Tried calling to ask what was going on and worker or manager was absolutely useless and rude. Did not even attempt to help or figure out what was taking so long. Will not be ordering again.

With this pizza order I ordered a "Coke" but was delivered a "Dr. Pepper". Lately I'm getting worse and worse service with Dominoes. Time to go back to Little Caesars.
We decided to call in to order a pizza but the homie that answered was speaking fast and wasn't pronouncing his words very well and I could barely understand him. Eventually we reached the end of the phone call with 1 large pep pizza getting ready to be put in the oven and my guy said, that will be $19.42, I was flabbergasted. Almost $20 for a pizza? Luckily one of my friends spoke up and said, yo ask for the 7.99 deal, I did just that and 3 seconds later the pizza including tax was reduced to $8.36, something like that. So moral of the story if you are getting a one topping pizza, ask for the $7.99 deal.

GETTING HERE: Head towards Ojai from Santa Paula on the back road. Once you turn left at the intersection of Santa Paula Street, head just a bit and look towards the right hand side. Domino's is located in a small tiny strip mall in the back. If you've made it to R and R's Market, you've gone too far.REVIEW: It's not too bad! Domino's Pizza has upped their game since the good 'ole days. :) I only use their app now to order, and it's a breeze. Every time I have come into pick up my order I have been a bit on guard...not sure what to expect. However, the pizza is always hot, fresh, and while maybe they could spread a few more toppings IMO, it's been really good and tasty. Also, I want to give a plug for their Garlic Knot things: SO DANG GOOD. Always request the garlic butter dipping sauce if you want to sleep well. Sometimes, if you time it correctly, one of the employees will even give you a few more sauces. AGAIN, ask for the Garlic Butter sauce!The service has been nothing short of friendly and courteous. I usually time it just a few minutes after my notification so I literally can just walk in and walk out with my food.I mean, it's pizza, right? Of course, it's not Toppers or the like but pretty good none the less. Would definitely recommend for a Friday night dinner for sure. :)

Every time I try this I am disappointed, basic pizza and other food items are always overpriced. The online app helps speed up pickup orders, delivery was inconsistent at this location so I gave up on waiting. Quality seems consistent with other domino's locations. This location is always so slow I don't think they are doing much business these days.

It's not about the pizza. I actually like the pizza. But there is a lack of concern by the staff and a lack of urgency to resolve issues...like pizza ordered online and the driver doesn't show up!

I ordered a Large pizza online which took almost 30 min, picked it up and headed back home. To me, the pizza didn't really have much flavor and it's never hot. I believe Doninos pizza has gone down on quality over the years and that's why I stop ordering from them. Changes on the ingredients needs to happen !
