I have been a resident of Ventura County for more than 40 years. This is the first time I stepped into this establishment. What a jewel of a place! Definitely a destination to check out when your in V.C. it's also kid friendly. The food was great. My wife and I ordered a salad to start. It was fresh, and delicious. Excellent food and superb service from James the bartender, who may just be the best bartender and waiter to be found anywhere. He is very bright and witty, a part-time voice actor and comedian. Very entertaining. And the Italian food was delicious, very good wine and local craft beer selection. Located inside the historic and picturesque Glen Tavern Inn in beautiful Santa Paula, I highly recommend this place for dinner and the hotel is simply wonderful.

Went here for a late dinner. The waiter James was amazing, super knowledgeable and attentive. I got the lobster fettuccine and my son got the mahi mahi which was the fresh fish of the day. The mashed potatoes were very good and creamy. The pasta sauce was very delicious as well. It was a cool building to walk through as it was built in 1911 and is a historical landmark.
