I just did Ina Garten’s Steakhouse Filet for dinner...
Absolutely AMAZING! One of my favorite recipes. I got the filet at Laird’s in Santa Paula. It’s a Harris Ranch carrying butcher shop and you won’t find a friendlier, more knowledgeable group of people in any arena than these guys. I get all of my meat from them and have never been disappointed. Sure it costs a bit more, but every cut is perfect. Never a dissatisfied dinner guest. This meal was awesome.
