The staff was extremely attentive and friendly! They were the best part! The food was ok. The decor and ambiance is extremely dated and the restaurant is in much need of a refresh. We also couldn't truly enjoy our experience because the restaurant was extremely freezing when we were there as well, with multiple other tables that also seemed to be shivering along with us. They really need to do something about the front door to combat the drafts of cold air blowing in- either a drape or a fan or something? A suggestion for the staff: When we left, a server kindly pressed the button to hold the door open for us, which was really nice but it held the door open for a while as we walked out and I thought that is probably not good to do for people when it's so cold already inside as that is probably adding to it!!! Thank you!!!

I've always enjoyed Jackson's. You can't go wrong with their mushroom pizza. Last night my boyfriend and I split a burger and the mushroom pizza. The burger was good - a little over the medium rare we specified. But, it was still flavorful and moist. The service was stellar. Our server was on point. I really appreciate good service. It's a fun environment and the place has a very good vibe.

Our wait staff was amazing. Always checking in, clearing our dishes, replenishing our drinks, and friendly! The food was great; above my expectations. We ate the burrata and prawn appetizers, brick oven pizza and the beignets for dessert. All were delicious!

Just stopped in for drinks and apps, but can't go wrong with their burrata board. I literally dream of that thing. It's a fun, lively place on a Thursday night, just was disappointed to find out they close at 9, which feels early to me. Great service, good food and drinks.

We usually go out of our way to make sure to eat at Jackson's at least once when visiting Santa Rosa. This visit was quite a disappointment. Food flavor was low, dry. Left most or our meals half-eaten. Server seemed pre-occupied....we certainly didn't seem to be a priority. Hope it was just an off night.

We had reservations for 2 @ 4pm on a Saturday afternoon. We arrived shortly before 4pm and were seated immediately. Service was exceptional! Friendly, prompt and never rushed. We ordered a variety of appetizers, a main and dessert to share. Everything we tried was delicious!! Our bellies were full and our foodie souls were happy & content as we were on our way to our next stop just after 5pm. We had a wonderfully delicious time at Jackson's and will most certainly be back!
Our group experienced a number of menu items we would order the Chicken Picatta Meatball appetizer and the Caesar Salad again as well as the sandwiches but thought the fried chicken tenders were good as well as the buttermilk dressing the sweet potato salad left us wanting in the Fried Chicken Salad.

The food and drinks are always so good here the place was empty was Sunday night and they stuck us upstairs in the corner. It was kind of awkward but OK it was a lot quieter.
