4 of us shared 3 small plates and 2 desserts, all of which were absolutely delicious. Service was also superb. We agreed that we all want to return.
This place is my go to for reliably great service and good quality food. The menu is pretty straightforward, and the food fresh, but it's the service and the fun cocktails that really keep me coming back.
The food is amazing however the service has slacked. We were seated at our table and 10min later we had to ask who our waiter was. Waiter came 5 min later. Then we decided to skip appetizers and order our food. This was a great idea because that took an abnormal amount of time to receive. Again food amazing and portion great just service is very slow!!!
Service and food are always fantastic. 10/10 recommended whether it's for a meal after work and you don't feel like cooking or a birthday date.
This was our first time at the restaurant and we enjoyed it very much! The pea salad, roasted cauliflower, and burrata were outstanding. I loved every bite and can not wait to go back. My son an husband did not like their food quite as much. The wings were just good and unfortunately the burger was a bit over cooked - requested medium rare and it was between medium and well. We did not have time to send it back for another. I would definitely try this place again.
Omg!!! The calamari was magnificent!!! And the wagyu steak cooked Rare was hands down the best cut of steak I’ve ever had!!!
This place and Loro di Napoli have the best wood fired pizza in Santa Rosa. Jackon's is like a cross between Neapolitan and NY pizza and Loro di Napoli is pure Neapolitan. Jackson's beignets for dessert are simply to die for - exquisite. Always dependable but sure would like to see them add more vegetarian items.
Polite staff, but there were too many people, it was noisy, and we saw two couples leave because of the noise. The Caesar salad without chicken was surprising, I didn't notice any indication in the menu that it was vegan. It was just lettuce in the dressing and that's it
Jackson's is our go to for celebrations of any kind. Received a second interview? Jackson's. Got a good haircut? Jackson's. It's Tuesday? Jackson's. We call it our decadent date because we order the same things: Burrata (the best in Santa Rosa), truffle fries, a bottle of Roederer, and the beignets. We always add one new try; last night it was the Delicata squash. Always terrific food. And the waitresses are always kind, capable and beautiful. Jackson's? Score!
Fabulous downtown Santa Rosa restaurant that has a lively bar, along with tables (upstairs too) and my favorite sitting at the counter so I can watch as they make the food. Always fun to watch the pizza dough being formed and put into the wood burning pizza oven. Favs include the lamb flatbread which comes with a salad too and the salmon tacos. Enjoy!

Our lunch with friends was outstanding, as always! The food is great (everyone can always find something they're going to love), the service is friendly and professional, drinks are inventive- what's not to love?
Jackson's was an excellent choice. My wife had the heirloom tomatoes and I had the turkey sandwich. Both were very good. The places was a little loud, but the quality of food and service was great.
Glad this asked about noise level because that's important to me. The noise level was just fine at this restaurant even though it was crowded. The grilled shrimp in crisped rice appetizer was to die for. The salmon tacos were also delicious.
This is our "go to" for a great night out. Food is consistently great and we have tried just about everything on their menu. The lamb flatbread is my favorite. We weren't thrilled with our seating upstairs last night. Much prefer to be downstairs. They admit to having a current fruit fly problem which was a bit annoying. Wait staff was pretty good - not as attentive as on our previous visits, but did offer complimentary desserts to our table to make up for the fruit flies. We will definitely be back.
First and foremost, the staff is exceptional. Well informed as to the menu, and they treat you, the guest, as if you're the only ones in the restaurant. Although expensive, the cocktails are innovative and diverse. The food is out of this world fantastic! The truffle fries were wonderful and the pizzas tasty and of a generous size (read: one pizza will feed two easily). The only downside is the noise level. Ask for a table in the room behind the bar area. It's still noisy but at least you don't have to yell at each other.
