Fast service even when busy! Lots of nice indoor seating. The whole place is super bright and airy and a really nice place to actually sit down and get some work done.
My matcha latte was really good. Not overly sweet, which I liked. Would definitely come back if I’m ever in the area again.

A wonderful place to grab a tasty mocha. I liked them so much we went there every day we were in town. The customer service team were all very warm, helpful and congenial.

Coffee was great, but wasn’t overly pumped on waiting 23 minutes from the time I got in line to when I actually received it! Food prices were insane: first time I’ve ever seen a $5 donut in my life.

Been here several times trying to find a decent roasted espresso (No fluff just a good quality double shot espresso guy-with a little hot water on the side)- a bitter and acidic espresso roast. Tried it two times to see if it was a fluke. Same. Staff Suggested the hot nitro as a decent alternative to straight coffee drink-OK…tried it…not a very good either. One more visit-I tried their Genmachia thinking that at least I’ll try to see if they offer a good flavored green tea- not this!! Horrible IMO.
Unless you’re a fluffy milk, sugared up drink, sort of café sipper-It’s worth traveling Petaluma (Petaluma roasters) or Sebastopol (Retrograde) for good espresso ( haven’t found one in SR)…

Great coffee and Gluten Free breakfast sandwich option was a great surprise. We really enjoyed our coffee each morning while in Santa Rosa.

Stopped by Avid on the way out of town for a quick bite and some coffee. The service was quick and staff was friendly. Coffee was absolutely delicious and is definitely the highlight. Ordered both the iced latte and a regular drip coffee, both fantastic. Food was still good but the coffee outshined the food. Was unable to get the breakfast burrito since they couldn’t remove the cheese (their pre-made), but was not disappointed with the sandwich. There is plenty of indoor and outdoor seating which was nice. Definitely a good stop if you’re looking for good coffee, but plan on somewhat of a line if you’re going during the weekend.

I love going here when I work in Santa Rosa. Their cappuccinos are really good and beautifully done. Had an amazing bacon maple scone this morning.

The coffee is good, but expensive. The service is good but not super friendly. The atmosphere felt like what I'd describe as hipster - more style over substance. Not a bad coffee shop, but I'm not giving it 5 stars because I don't think I liked it enough to go back

I absolutely love Avid coffee. The atmosphere is so upbeat and it's super bright and airy in there. I do a lot of remote work there so it keeps me in a good mood. Their coffee and food are top notch as well!! It can get a little busy around breakfast and lunch times but the lines go quickly. Don't worry if you see the line literally out the door. They'll get you through pretty quick.

I love this place and I’ve been going here for ages, I have a dog though, so which means I have to sit outside. Lately there are several “patrons“ that like to sit at the tables, never buy anything, which means I have no place with my pet. The staff seems un concerned, so with a great reluctance, I will take my business elsewhere. Thanks to those of you who like to hog tables outside with your laptops, your water bottles, your earbuds firmly implanted while the rest of us have no place to sit.
