When I made a reservation I noted it was a birthday. When we arrived my husband told the host it was my birthday. He picked up the menus and took us to our seats. No mention of a special day. Our dinner was excellent and the server was very good. We went next door for ice cream where we were greeted with a smile. I suggest the host receives a lesson in greeting customers. We all have bad days. But having spent years in sales, Get Over It.
Love the menu but the execution could be improved. For the Lyonnaise salad the dressing wasn't tart enough, croutons bland, not enough bacon. Tuna tartare good but too heavy on the truffle oil.
Very nice dining experience. Food was presented very well. Flavors were terrific. Our group ordered steak tartare, a butter lettuce salad, duck confit, steaks and a burger. Service was very attentive and helpful. Ambience was great and nice fine dining establishment. Drinks were delicious. Look forward to return visit soon!
