David, the host, is knowledgeable and passionate about the wines, providing education about the terroir and a great sense of the locale. He is generous with his time and attention, making the tasting experience enjoyable and educational. Despite being an additional guest at the end of the work day, David split his time and attention perfectly with the other guests.

Benovia has a $30 per person tasting fee, but it is waived for every 2 bottle purchase per person. The tasting fee is very fair due to the large pours and the number of wines tasted.
