Go somewhere else for a sandwich. They make it seem like it's a pain to amend a few items on the recipes then make snarky remarks. I work at a place where people amend their food most of the time, why would it not be okay since they are paying for it. I'm not going to make them have something they don't like. I had high hopes for this experience, I remember when there was a location by the JC years ago which was a good experience.

Ordered a tri tip sandwich off door dash. It was all cheese, mayo, onion and cuts of chewy fat. I ate 4 bites and haven’t been able to hold anything in my body for 24 hours if you catch my drift

I've been here a couple times. Got a philly cheesesteak one time and an italian sandwich the other time. Both times, my sandwiches were good, and both times, the people with me also enjoyed their meals. The service is great, the environment is clean, the parking is clearly available, and the prices are comparable to other shops around Santa Rosa.

I've been in there a hand full of times and everything is amazing each time. The staff is terrific and the food is fresh and delicious. I drive from Windsor to the Santa Rosa location and it is worth the trip. Keep up the great work guys and girls. I'll be back!

so good … a simple sandwich made with great care. the owner was very friendly and welcoming with helpful suggestions on the menu. looking forward to returning ! the #3 was delicious.

Omg! Best sandwich and salad I’ve had in a long time and they have really good hot pastrami! I got a build your own sandwich on a super soft and warm sourdough roll that has me thinking about the next time I’ll be back! Luis the owner was the most nicest, genuine person who I had a great conversation with! Tri tip salad was so good as well!!! Highly recommend! And they do catering for network events!
