Ordered through Uber Eats - Ordered a clam chowder bread bowl. Received a bowl of soup and a roll, no bread bowl. My husband's sandwich was so over toasted he could barely bite it. My favorite peanut butter cookie was awful, no taste at all. These days I expect more especially since prices are so much higher. We threw out the food, just like I threw out cash for this horrible meal. I am over it, no longer supporting this company.

I ordered through doordash. I asked for balsamic dressing for my salad but got something else. I ordered multi grain bread for my sandwich but got sourdough. I was halfway through my salad when I found something stuck to one of the lettuce. I took it off and put it on the edge of my plate and used my phone to get a close up. It was a bug. Beware and check what you're eating. I hope they get the place inspected. Other than that the food is good but still I'll be inspecting my food from this place from now on if I decide to order again. UPDATED ABOUT 10 MINS LATER: IN THE LAST OF MY SALAD FOUND A DEAD LADYBUG!!!

Boudin cratered lunch for us after FSY and everyone was starving. Couldn't have imagined a better decision or service. Especially the homemade cookies and sourdough 🤤 absolutely amazing.
This was my first time at Boudin SF. My wife and I wanted to try something different. I ordered a Sourdough crust cheese pizza and my wife had a large salad. We also purchased a loaf of Sourdough bread to take home. Even though it was busy, the service was very good and the food delicious. The menu has a large selection and we are looking forward to coming back and trying something different.

I absolutely LOVE the food at Boudin, but another huge reason I love the place is one of the workers (Becky)! I have not had issues there very often, but the once or twice that I have, she has gone SO FAR above and beyond to make things right. She's such a shining example of what I would consider perfect customer service. Thank you Becky!! They are lucky to have you.
