We had a wonderful dinner! The food was excellent- enjoyed every course. Our waiter, Carlos was great! We were there for a 16th birthday, the restaurant made it very special. Can't wait to come back again!!!

We love Ca Bianca and often go for special occasions. I have to eat gluten free, and their carbonara never disappoints. My husband is pretty picky about where he goes to eat, and never complains about the food or pre-dinner cocktails. The location is convenient, the building is beautiful, the staff is always courteous and knowledgeable. It's a great restaurant.

So excited we finally got a reservation and then so disappointed in the whole experience! I ordered the daily special which was pappardelle with ragu sauce, it was good. My husband ordered seafood pasta and they brought him a pork chop, no idea how that happened except the waitress said oh that's what I heard! By the time the correct dish came out I was halfway done with mine. Nothing like dining together but eating separately! The bill comes and we get charged for the pork chop! When I made the reservation I said it was my husband's birthday, the whole reason for our trip to Santa Rosa, no acknowledgment of his birthday what's so ever! The whole nonchalant attitude towards their mistakes just came across as if they just didn't care!!! When we left I wanted to speak with the manager but after waiting in the entrance for a few minutes and looking in the bar to speak to someone we just left knowing it wouldn't have mattered to them anyway! Very disappointing overall!

I booked this reservation for my parents, who were celebrating their 55th wedding anniversary. While the food was outstanding, the service not great at all. They were at the restaurant for 2hrs because the service was so slow. They felt like they were shoved in a corner and forgotten about. And the noise level was ridiculous. They couldn't have a conversation as it was impossible to hear eachother. I have a bit of regret recommending this place for their special day. Really hoping they can improve their quality of service to match their outstanding food

It was a nice surprise! The venue was very cozy and unique. The pastas were delicious and definitely leave room for dessert...my favorite Strudel.

Was a bit pricey for pasta that didn't come with anything else. Would be nice if they had a side salad, reasonably priced to go with your entrees. I said on our reservation it was our anniversary and it was not acknowledged at all.
A very special place for a "special occasion" and any other meal you want to enjoy. The best Filet of Sole I have ever eaten.

Ca Bianca is a lovely restaurant. The grounds are magical and we enjoyed our porch seating. My daughter and I shared a wonderful salad. She had the mushroom pasta and I had the filet of sole piccata. Both were beautifully prepared and delicious. The service was good at the start and then it suddenly stopped. We were given a dessert menu with no follow up so we decided not to order dessert and requested our check. We waited. It finally came and we have our credit card and then waited to sign our check. Overall good experience until the end.
