Beautiful restaurant, but food needed a bit more salt and our server wasn't the most attentive or that friendly even though the restaurant wasn't very busy. He seemed annoyed to have to be tending to my table. The guy bussing tables and taking out waters and bread was much friendlier.

Went for restaurant week and had a fantastic 3 course menu at a reasonable price. Wine selections were fantastic both by the glass or by the bottle, also reasonable. Service was very good and the Ambiance was nice though it did get kind of crowded and loud and even warm around mid point of the meal but overall it was nice to see a restaurant busy and feel the energy

Located a block or two away from the main strip of the downtown Santa Rosa, there’s this cute little Italian restaurant. The interior is beautiful, giving a nice warm and inviting atmosphere. Additionally, there being a beautiful garden as a waiting area.

We ordered the Caesar Salad and the two specials that were available, that being mushroom ravioli and filet mignon. Everything was amazing and delicious. The ravioli had a nice rich and creamy white sauce, but it didn’t feel too heavy. The filet mignon was cooked to perfection and the mashed potatoes were almost the star of the show. They were super light and creamy, but had such a good velvety texture that kept me going back for more.

The crème brûlée was also very good, my only complaint was that the sugar on top was a little under torched, not giving that satisfying break.

The service was really nice, coming back often to check in on us, even though we were in the corner of the restaurant.

I came during the winter time at night, but I am sure to come back during the day time so I can enjoy the nice scenery outside I saw on my way out!

CA Bianca's never disappoints. Beautiful atmosphere, exceptional service, and delicious flavors steeped in both old-world classics and fresh new tasty treats. I do have a very hard time when I go there with one thing....deciding what to order. A well-balanced cocktail on the porch, special event, the cannoli, springtime in the garden.....Cabiancas is the place to enjoy it all.

It's always consistently very good. That's why it's our go to. We live out of town but if we r in the area its our family go to place.

Beautiful restaurant - feels like a little oasis with gorgeous plants and a water fountain. We sat outside on the porch when they opened at 4:30pm and felt so romantic! Wait staff was super attentive and accommodating. I had the lemon drop and the vongole pasta and it was the perfect ending of our day in Santa Rosa. Hope to be back soon!

Worst steak I've ever had by far. Finished it because I was starving and it was $60. Everything else was pretty nice I'm just shocked that any food item on earth could have less flavor. Unseasoned and lukewarm. I asked the server if he recommended it, my guess is that he's never tried it, possibly no one that works there, including the cooks have either. Come here and get pasta or something but steer as far away from the steak as you possibly can unless you're doing a science experiment or something

Ca Bianca is by far our most favorite restaurant in town!! We are new to Santa Rosa and are so glad to have found this gem of a restaurant!!

I had the Zucca, butternut squash ravioli. I highly recommend it! Others had the Polenta, which they loved. Several had salads which looked good. It was a nice reunion of long time friends. Everyone there was friendly, helpful. Our server Gilberto was excellent and so kind. Very enjoyable time and the moderate crowd there looked like they were enjoying themselves as well.
