I've been meaning to try this restaurant since it was mentioned by the Press Democrat as having been around for 25 years while other Chinese restaurants closed during the pandemic. Though I ordered my food to go, I did notice that the restaurant was clean and tastefully furnished. The friendly hostess/waitress recommended Kung Pao Prawns and Fish Fillets in Black Bean Sauce since I love seafood. I also ordered Spring Rolls and the Tofu Sautéed with Veggies. I haven’t been in some years, but Ting Hau was one of my favorite parts of living in Santa Rosa. The food is always delicious, service is always good and friendly, and the place is spotless!

Hidden gem in Santa Rosa. Food was delicious. We ordered cherry crispy pork, orange sesame beef, war wanton soup, happy family, po-po flaming platter and all were great. Our favorite was the orange sesame beef because it was just with the right amount of batter (lightly battered) to make it crispy but tender beef. Highly recommend!Parking: But after 6pm, it was free. You can park behind the restaurant or around the streets.
