The food was average and so was the service. We got a hot chai, coffee, gluten free coffee cake, and an almond croissant the pastries were good but the drinks were not impressive and over priced. The place is very pretty but I wouldn't go there again. Overall the pastries were 3 stars and the drinks were 2 stars I would not recommend because it is very overpriced for the quality. It was disappointing.Dietary restrictions: I went here because I have a family members that has a gluten free allergy and was able to get a gluten free coffee cakeKid-friendliness: They have kids steamers

I was so excited to go to Cafe Frida for live music for our monthly date day today. It was my first time visiting. It was raining so I checked social media and the website to make sure they still had music happening. There was no mention that if it’s raining there would be no music, nor did it say the event was canceled. I assumed since they mentioned a covered patio, it would still be happening. When we got there I didn’t see a band setting up and asked. They said since it was raining there would be no music. My 3 star review is mainly because the lack of communication for events being cancelled especially for people that have never been there and depend on websites/social media. Next time I would call and check. The food was good especially the avocado toast with salad. My husband did get a spinach pastry and asked for it to be warmed. It was hardly warm.We will go back but management please post about the events or state if rain, it’s canceled

Cute cafe in a good location. The area is upcoming, interesting. Order at the register and the food is brought to you. Workers were excellent! I’ll be back.

An Art Cafe with free music and a coffee house menu with some gourmet foods. We heard a trio jazz group who were very good.

Ever since it has opened, I have came back over and over again. I always love to meet friends at Café Frida as they offer is a variety of drinks and food.I always order an iced chai latte along with either avocado toast, or the breakfast burrito. I am not even lying when I say that I crave their breakfast burrito. It's that good! Oh, and the side salad that comes with the avocado toast has a great vinaigrette dressing. Staff has always been delightful and friendly in the shops have always been sweet and kind. The two owners have greeted me in the past, and there's always new art in the gallery. The ambience also is to die for, as it provides a quiet place to work with also live music on the weekends.Definitely one of my favorite spots within Sonoma county. It is definitely worth a drive.

Gorgeous space with a super unique atmosphere. I had the ginger latte and it was wonderful. Pretty cool hard working staff.

1 Dec 2023Cool space with good food and great service but high prices. Naturally lit indoor seating and outdoor seating options with fun art and a stage for events. On a cold or hot day, the doors don't self-close and will be left open, so indoor comfort will be affected. Rounded down a star for lack of reusable plates and silverware; single use waste (even if it claims to be "compostable") contributes to climate change. Value is extremely lacking: $24 with tax and tip for a barely filling lunch; $18 would have felt about right.By the numbers:Good 5/5Coffee 3/5Service 5/5Ambiance 4/5Value 2/5Mario's Italian Veggie Pie - Excellent. It's a $12 frittata with a $6 side salad.Side of toast - Good. Gougette bread oil and grilled. $3.50.Espresso - Good. House blend tasted over roasted. At least it came in a ceramic mug!
