We used to order from this location via the app once in a while as my son has music lessons next door. The last time (and I mean LAST time) we placed our order at 6:55pm and did not get our food (it was a small simple order even of two sandwiches, two drinks, and one fry) until nearly 7:30pm. Chick-fil-A is a solid choice with great food, friendly staff, and a clean store. The atmosphere is pleasant, and the chicken, especially with Chick-fil-A sauce, is delicious. The employees are nice and provide excellent service, whether dining in or using the drive-through. Despite being busy, the staff still gives decent attention to customers. The manager even helped carry a large take-out order to the car without accepting a tip. This location is newly renovated and super popular, filled with customers. Although there was a small issue with an outside table being dirty, the overall service remains excellent. They are known for being extremely apologetic and even offered free milkshakes and brownies when there was a mix-up with an order. The chicken is always cooked perfectly, although the tomatoes can be lacking. The spicy sauce has a sweeter taste rather than being hot.
