Great opportunity to witness young culinary talent become great!
Its a cute little bakery, I think the opportunity to try student prepared food is awesome and a great experience for both customer and students.
Today I got a cheddar bacon scones and the apple cider donut cupcake. I think this was the fluffiest scones I've ever had, usually scones are hard crumbly and a mess to eat. Great food, great prices
SRJC Café Rose and Alex Ling Bakery offers a nice experience with pleasant staff, nice pastries, and good coffee. The bakery has limited hours and seating, so it's best to visit after 11 for fresh sourdough ancient grain bread. The constantly changing menu prepared by enthusiastic student chefs makes it a great value for both the culinary students and the community. Don't forget to try their organic coffee!
