Ordered through drive through and was told to wait 3 minutes for food. 20 minutes later had to walk in and pick it up. Other than that food was great!

I ordered through the drive through and it took a bit which is expected since it’s a popular place but if you are spending 5+ minutes chatting with your friend that pulled up to the window then maybe you should be moved to a different position. On top of that because i waited so long for the conversation to end my soda was completely watered down and the ketchup was on top of my fries so it seemed that they put more then they actually did. I do really enjoy chick fil a but this costumer service was terrible. Chick-fil-a do better!

The experience was good from the very beginning. wait times was really short and overall the people there are nice and respectful. Great place to grab a quick bite after class.
Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible entrances and parking is great. There is tables that accommodate those wheelchairs and those who need back support.
No sauces out they cheap now. Also for online orders they don’t make ur order until u arrive. What’s the point of online ordering on the way? Waste of time

Very slow drive thru and highly expensive menu items. Took longer than 20 minutes just to get an overpriced chicken breast with some bread. Will be rethinking revisiting these in general, certainly will not be back to this location.

Chick-fil-A is always delicious! My kiddos consistently ask to eat there. It’s their favorite!
Location can get a little hectic during lunch , hard to even pull into the parking lot. Sometimes drive-through line runs out into the street as well. Inside is flooded with college kids hanging out during lunch hours . Line moves pretty quickly, though the workers are efficient and friendly with great customer service like most Chick-fil-A locations so far have yet to mess up any of my mobile orders.
