Not dog fiendly! Been there multiple times never had an issue, till today when the manager (a latest I assume) removed us after we had brought our small dog that we've always brought in, was rather rude about it, instead of asking in a polite manor

Disappointed – Didn’t Get My Free Brownie
I placed an order online through the Chick-fil-A app and added the freebie brownie I had a reward for. I went through the drive-thru to pick up my order, and everything else was there except the brownie. I even double-checked my receipt, and it was clearly listed.
I get that mistakes happen, but part of the reason I ordered was to enjoy the reward I earned. Hoping the location can be more careful in checking the order and honoring rewards moving forward.

This is a newly renovated Chick-fil-A restaurant. It is super popular, filled with customers who dine in and drive-through. Despite how busy it was, I was able to get decent attention from the employees. Very happy.

Pretty good for fast food chicken. The chicken is always cooked perfectly, but the tomatoes are usually pretty sad. The spicy sauce they have is more sweet than hot.
The servers were a delight as always. My nuggets were a little dry but otherwise delicious. The parking lot was dirty, like a lot of trash everywhere, and a couple tables had trash left on them also.
It's the nicest I've ever been to including beautiful fresh flowers on the tables. It was a busy evening, but the food was great and the service too! Thank you!

This has to be the worst Chick-fil-A we have been too. The floors were dirty, the trash was overflowing, there were big flies inside. There was a table where people left their trash on that no one bothered to clean. I get that it's the customer that should clean up after their mess but if they didn't do it then a worker should clean it as soon as possible. What were the employees doing?? They had no customers ordering so they were just standing behind the counter talking and laughing. We have been to other locations and the employees are cleaning and offering refills. They also didn't have any napkins out so we had to ask to get extra napkins. If they don't care how the area where the customers can see how must the area where customers don't see be?? I'm glad we don't live around here and won't be going back. I do not recommend.
