Brought my parents here and my mom asked for the recipe halfway through the meal. That's the highest compliment she gives and she meant it.
Such a solid neighborhood spot. Nothing flashy, just really good food cooked well and staff who are genuinely friendly. The kind of place you keep coming back to.
The beef here is something else. Tender, well seasoned, and just really satisfying in a way that makes you slow down and actually enjoy what you're eating.

Boiling Bowl is a local Chinese restaurant, almost 2 years now. The food, service, and price are excellent. It is a great find while traveling, worth the trek from the freeway for delicious and fresh Chinese food. The food is very tasty with lots of menu options, and the vegetables are not overcooked. A popular choice is the family meal selection, like Family Meal B with sizzling rice soup, fried rice, house chow mein, Szechuan beef, sweet and sour prawns, and potstickers. The portions are ample. The Thai style curry prawns and house special chow mein are favorites. The service is very good, with friendly staff who are incredibly nice and silly. The green onion pancakes are delicious and do not disappoint. All round an excellent experience. Highly recommend.
