Horrible customer service, they are in a bad mood because they have work as if they were not paid, I asked for a sample of ice cream and they told me that they are not Mexican ice cream shops, I better left the place, I do not recommend it at all.

Ordered a custom cake two weeks ago in person at the Santa Rosa store. I went in to pick up with excited kids with me, and the cake wasn’t finished! No refund or apology fixes the issue. Will not purchase again. Another chain ice cream has always gotten my order correct, so I will be taking my cake business back to them.

Cold stone will always be cold stone, but the service was ridiculous. I was very polite, asked for something simple, and kept my eyes to the menu, but the lady working the counter was extremely passive aggressive. She served my friend no problem, but handed me my small cookie dough dripping all over my hands. I asked for fudge on the top when i initially ordered, got two small spurts of fudge that was more on the cup than on my ice cream. The lady handed me a mess and was very rude about it. Of course, I didn’t say anything about it and thanked her, but why would you hand me a cup that is a complete mess when my friends was neat, at least give me a napkin or something.

I used to come in to coldstone with my daughter often. Shes now 17 years old. I have seen coldstone change many times over, there used to be diversity. Kind smiling people who looked different and expressed themselves. Now they have been replaced by the same people who never smile, are very short spoken and treat you like a nuisance. My 17 year old daughter and i used to love this place, but we will NOT be coming back. One of the male workers was checking out my daughter and made her uncomfortable. He flirts with the younger girls there too ive seen it happen. Absolutely horrible

Ordered a strawberry shake and she made it watery. I don’t know how you mess up a milkshake. I even tipped. If you want a shake go next door to 5 Guys.

Wow just wow. This is the best ice cream ever better than handles and Basket robins. YEAH sure 31 flavors but cold stone is superior. The staff is amazing and the place is squeaky clean like Mr.cleans head.

Long lines, extremely slow workers!!!
Glass top over ice cream case was filthy debris all over it.
After waiting 15 minutes in line, the person asked me can I help you--I gave them my order said it was to go----go to pay for it and I tell them twice what it was.
It was Ring up wrong so I got a smaller size without the lid for a to-go cup this is not the first time it's happened about seven times I don't like it I'll never go back there

If you visit this store for nice cup of ice cream! You may meet Francisco, what an excellent kind young man. My daughter have food allergies and he was above and beyond with his service.

Not the best experience, very rushed at ordering and paid for something I didn’t even want to be honest… if I could go back I’d just pay the extra $$ to go to a local shop
