First time dining yesterday and I will be back! I struggle to find a place in Santa Rosa with good quality fish and Shiki fills that void for sure!
Shiki Sushi is an absolute gem! From the moment we walked in, the experience was fantastic. The sushi was incredibly fresh, beautifully presented, and packed with flavor. Every bite tasted thoughtfully prepared, with high-quality ingredients and great attention to detail.

We had such a great experience at Shiki Sushi! Bryson was fantastic, friendly, attentive, and made us feel so welcome. The chef and sous chef prepared absolutely amazing food. We had oysters and sashimi, and the oysters were honestly the best oysters we’ve ever had! Everything was incredibly fresh, beautifully prepared, and delicious.
