Unfortunately, this location is thick with families full of noise and chaos, and slow moving lost people who stop dead in their tracks. The chicken has gotten sketchier since the pandemic and the produce goes bad in one day. But this site has Rockstar and none of the other local Costcos carry it. There's still some really good people out there, and some awesome people noticed that a current pair was missing a piece and offered to fix it no hesitation. The sheer willingness to help a random guy immediately earned respect. Some teammates scatter off, but there are still people who greet you. When a vehicle was brought in for a tire repair, a call informed them that due to the custom black valve stem cover, the repair could not be done because the valve stem cover was too long. Jason, Royce and others worked together on the phone to determine a solution and recommended changing the valve stem cover to complete the repair. The level of service and professionalism received from Jason and Royce was EXCEPTIONAL. Every time vehicles have been brought in for new tires or a tire repair, the level of service is always excellent. Family will continue to use Costco Tire for all their tire needs, and thanks again for always being awesome.
