Placed on Santa Rosa Avenue, this Panda Express location is right in the middle of one of the most popular shopping centers in town. It’s by Costco, Ulta Beauty, Target and plenty of other affordable restaurants. They have a very nice outdoor seating area. Located in Santa Rosa on Santa Rosa Ave....I think this place is losing their touch food does not look the same to me it was on the dry side, before it was colorful fresh maybe it's just me that's my reason why I don't go there as often... I'm a long time customer since they opened the one by Coddington (close now) it was all you can eat place...see u soon guys!

Was pleasanty surprised,I'd give it 3 1/2 stars if I could. The food was decent for fast food. Some of the dishes didn't look as fresh as they could have, but there were plenty that looked good.
