Was pleasanty surprised,I'd give it 3 1/2 stars if I could. The food was decent for fast food. Some of the dishes didn't look as fresh as they could have, but there were plenty that looked good.

Placed on Santa Rosa Avenue, this Panda Express location is right in the middle of one of the most popular shopping centers in town. It’s by Costco, Ulta Beauty, Target and plenty of other affordable restaurants. They have a very nice outdoor seating area. It’s not designated just to Panda Express, but if it’s a nice day and tables aren’t taken it’s always an option. As we know Panda Express is an Americanized Asian fast food restaurant. The Asian aspect of their taste inspires from cities like Hong Kong, Beijing, and even Sichuan. They also do use woks that are 8 pounds to keep the authenticity. They’ve upped their care for health as they now have no food with high-fructose corn syrup and by 2025 they plan to cut even more sodium, sugars, and artificial colors and flavors.Their website is beautifully organized. On there they have a chart for those who have specific allergies. They even have a page with 30-minute recipe recommendations using their food! They only have their firecracker shrimp for limited times, but it is so tasty! This specific Panda Express has fresh food unlike other ones I’ve been too. They do vegetarian options like vegetables, chow mein, fried and white rice. Even veggie spring rolls.Panda Express is kid friendly not just because they have a kids menu to fit their size, but they even have a program where they donate money to undeserved youth. The workers here are youthful and efficient. I want to comment specifically on a worker named Jerrod. His customer service was exceptional and he definitely knows how to make sure that his customers are happy! Management, I hope you make him employee of the month!Since it’s such a busy plaza there’s parking everywhere including wheelchair accessible parking. Just be careful driving around since it can get pretty tight.Overall to the beautiful people of Sonoma county and visitors abroad, I can tell you this is my favorite Panda Express in Santa Rosa!

Fried rice had a lot of raw crunchy rice in it and when I called it to their attention they didn't seem to care or at least they didn't have a response so I walked out.

DoorDash hours don’t reflect actual hours. Accepted an order after hours, and didn’t cancel or refund.

Food was good but we got served HELLA small portions by “Jerry “ wont use his full name. Felt like we were getting half scoops and we just ended up leaving hungry. Id go again, but not if that dude is working the ladle.

This place closes at 10:30 pm and it’s only posted on the window that is next to the door. You can’t even see the new hours from the parking lot.

The woman Iliana is so nice and has great customer service. From the second I walked in she was super friendly and rushed to get my pickup order ready and continued to check in with me and give me updates for when my order would be ready. Just clearly a nice person and a good employee, give her a raise. Also the watermelon and peach refreshers are delicious!

This one can get a little loud at times and the line can get long. Also my cell reception (T-Mobile) is hit or miss here. Not their fault obviously, but I like to read while I eat.

This place just keeps going down hill in my opinion, food wise anyways I've never had an issue with the workers. I'm vegetarian, so I was very sad when they took away first the soup then the tofu and eggplant dish. Then they got some faux meat orange chicken dish I was very excited about but apparently this Panda decided not to serve that. With that being said the only veggie options are the spring rolls, rice and chow mein so I don't go here unless it's what my family wants. I don't expect anyone to cater to my chosen diet but at the same time this day and age more and more people are choosing veggie options so taking them off the menu now seems strange. Again I have no issues with the workers or cleanliness of the restaurant. They do have good drink options. The prices are ok. I guess I'd recommend them if I ate meat ‍
