I came in to buy a burrito. The guy took my $20 bill.Put it in the cash register without giving me any change and then laughed in my face. Great food but horrible customer service. I would definitely give them a zero star if possible.

The food is excellent, but for someone on a low sodium diet bad news. Very salty, the service is great, from order to finish is extremely fast. Attack me if you want but I am totally in the bais on this. If you are not as tan as everyone else there seems to be a heavy tension in the air, makes me feel like I don't belong there or welcomed there. Just feeling I get. You may have a different experience. Either way I would suggest trying it for yourself and making your own decisions. But I do really like the food.Dietary restrictions: Not much of an option, the sodium in each dish is very high. Like eating 5 top ramen high.Kid-friendliness: It is not kid friendly, at a busy intersection and main road, sabastapol rd and I believe it is west street both very busy with the majority not caring or paying attention to the road, you bring your children here and you may leave without them.Wheelchair accessibility: Really not designed for wheelchair although there is wheelchair access sortof.

This is the best food in all of Santa Rosa. I've been everywhere, in my 6 decades on earth. The most interesting aspect of Elenita, is the fact that they're always consistent. You get the same perfect marriage of flavors, every single time you go and that is difficult to do, especially when you have good Mexican cuisine, with a lot of ingredients.I go here at least twice a week, sometimes more. I will not go anywhere else. It's always lively and the service is impeccable and your order comes swiftly.Try it. You'll love it!Parking: When it's busy, park across the street on Sebastopol Rd or down West Ave. The lot is small and this place is very popular. But it's worth it.

I went here for tacos today (lengua, cabeza, tripas, buche and suadero) and I can't believe how disappointed I was. It was $16 for 5 tacos which is totally fair in my opinion. However, each taco had maybe a couple of teaspoons of meat tops. The meat was chopped so fine and and crisped up on the flat top so much that it was really hard to discern between the different meats and they only gave me one half filled salsa container for 5 tacos! I wish I would have taken a picture to post for this review. This was such a poor value, I will definitely not be back.
