This is the best food in all of Santa Rosa. I've been everywhere, in my 6 decades on earth. The most interesting aspect of Elenita, is the fact that they're always consistent. You get the same perfect marriage of flavors, every single time you go and that is difficult to do, especially when you have good Mexican cuisine, with a lot of ingredients.I go here at least twice a week, sometimes more. The food is excellent, but for someone on a low sodium diet bad news. Very salty, the service is great, from order to finish is extremely fast. Attack me if you want but I am totally in the bais on this. If you are not as tan as everyone else there seems to be a heavy tension in the air, makes me feel like I don't belong there or welcomed there. Just feeling I get.
