We've eaten here many times over the years and for the most part, the food is good. Has always been more expensive than others in the area. The quality has been declining and prices have risen (everyone has raised their prices). Today's experience sealed our decision on not returning. $85.00 for 3 people to have breakfast. They were out of multiple items, sour dough bread being one of them. The bacon was as thin as Denny's Restaurant would be. The chicken fried steak was small flat patties that appeared and tasted like low quality frozen ones. The gravy was heavily chicken flavored, greasy and lumpy.
Our waitress was pleasant and attentive, though so that's a plus.

Been wanting to try this place for a while, but I won't be going back. Half the restaurant had a strange smell and all the food was disappointing. The eggs were cooked well though. My friend had the duck con fit and didnt like it. Staff was nice.

Cozy spot with one of the best breakfasts in town. Nice strong coffee. Got steak & eggs... no seasoning on the steak, if you all at Dierks are reading this, deff change that! I worked as a grill cook, we never skipped seasoning a steak unless customer requested.

I have to say the food was not good at all. The chicken fried steak tasted like one of those frozen ones and the fried chicken Benedict it was just a white meat chicken patty that tasted like it was frozen and the hash browns were more like mashed potatoes. They need to improve greatly.

Best breakfast in sonoma county by far! Never been disappointed with anything on the menu.Super fresh quality ingredients. And servers are sweet and have great personalities and are very friendly.

Excellent breakfast, I was in the way to mendocino, I had scrambled eggs,plus hashbrown and toast and added avocado, was so delicious and I liked the atmosphere. Remember they don't have latte or capuchino ! But a good coffee and other drinks are available.

Just amazing food. Busy wait staff but took the time to help us decide, also came back to check. Phenomenal hollandaise ( the owner is an award winning chef and very hands on. My favorite was the fluffy perfect hash browns with lemony light hollandaise So good!
