I've been seeing this place pop up on my Instagram a lot lately. I had to pay them a visit. I got the Cubana burger and my wife got the crunch wrap. My son got a regular burrito, which was exactly that. We all shared the churro cheesecake water and were quite happy with it. We'll be going back to try their other items and different meats!

Like the famous Tina Turner song once said, Indian Village Eats is simply the best! Hands down my favorite food truck in town. Tortas are amazing and their conchinita pibil is unreal! It's become a weekly tradition. Oh, and the pambazo burger! That thing is special!!
