Never had mofongo this way before but I think Hubby will ask that we make at home this way in the future. The meat was stuffed inside the mofongo and the whole thing was served in the most flavorful broth I have ever had in a Puerto Rican restaurant. The Bacalaitos were on point too!
Was at my best friend's birthday party, and El Coqui Puerto Rican Cuisine catered her event. The food was excellent. The caterers were very professional and friendly. Great party with great food. 👍👌❤️
