After tasting these tacos, I asked if they’d be willing to cater a family gathering of 50 people at Armstrong Woods. Let me tell you there were RAVE reviews of these tasty tacos! These are probably the best taco truck tacos I’ve ever had. The tortillas are slightly crispy, the meat is juicy and expertly seasoned, the pickled veggies are plentiful and fresh. The guy who serves them up is super nice. I came for the Target, but I’m coming back for the tacos.
