This cafe is owned by the sweetest Michelin chef! I ordered the Banana Matcha and it was perfect. Not overpoweringly sweet (which I am an huge fan of) and I still got notes of umami from the matcha. I was able to have a super cool chat with the owner and found out that they work with their matcha provider to make sure that they’re always sourcing the freshest ingredients and know exactly how it’s processed/when it was processed for the most authentic taste. I LOVE THIS PLACE! Their matcha is literally the best matcha i’ve ever had, highly recommend to all my fellow matcha lovers <3. I’ve also gotten a latte here and their food, and that is so amazing as well like i crave it all the time. I was recommended this place by a coworker and I just keep coming back :D. Super friendly service, delicious coffee and snacks (we got the dulce de leche latte, mocha, and concha). Sharing a location with a really great plant/plant accessories store and a clothing/accessories store makes it even more fun to grab a drink and shop around. Will definitely return!
