Saw that they made marble rye so I called in to order two loaves. I was asked if I wanted the 2 pound loaf or The square. I ordered the 2 pound. Not only are they not 2 pounds or even close to 2 pounds it’s just not good. I called The bakery and was promised I would get a callback about the issue. Guess what nobody ever called !! The fact that a restaurant would specifically order this bread from them is beyond me because it doesn’t taste like anything more than average white bread With a little bit of brown coloring and three caraway seeds. Place is an absolute joke. They should probably stick to sourdough and not venture into things that they have no clue about.

Our go to sourdough, great bread and INCREDIBLE people. A local family business like theirs that has been around this long is doing something right!! Not only can you find their goods in the best local restaurants, but they frequently and quietly donate to so many deserving causes. It is not lost on me that as times have gotten tough for so many small business' Our community is lucky to have them! 🤍

As a wholesale customer- this is an incredibly unreliable company. Deliveries were often, wrong and or late. The last straw was them “forgetting to bake my order and then last minute trying to fix it.” I showed up to rocks in the kitchen, instead of potato buns. Expensive. Rude owner.

Just like other numerous business places that can’t update their hours of business, This is another. CLOSED Thursdays !! Wednesday is anyone’s guess, It use to be closed on Wednesdays. Change the hours on the window but not on the website, That makes zero sense. Thanks for the drive across town for no reason. Great bread !! When they are open.
