The pizza is phenomenal! We will probably be picking it from now on since the delivery service through UberEats is absolutely horrible. No knocking the pizza though and the staff is really friendly.

Used the Gio's app for the first time to order last night and it worked great. It linked up with my Apple Pay, gave real time updates on my order and my order was ready for pickup at the promised time. I also saved $5 on my order for using the app. Being a Friday during Lent, we ordered a Ultimate Cheese Pizza and it was great, the smell made our mouths water for the 15 minute drive home and the pizza was still warm when we started eating it.

Moving our son up to Santa Rosa and stopped here to get pizza. They have something for everyone. The boys had a pepperoni sausage pizza and I had a dairy free cheese vegetarian pizza. Also ordered an antipasto salad. We all loved our pizza. Those gluten free also could eat here. We will definitely go back. Service was great. Very social and friendly.

Gio's has the very best pizza in the North Bay. We eat there at least twice a month. We start with a delicious Caesar Salad and follow it with an incredible pizza. It is small, but mighty!

Best pepperoni pizza in Sonoma County! Ive ordered it 3x in the last two weeks since I've moved to Bennett Valley and it's consistently so yummy. Highly recommend.

I stumbled upon a pizza joint named "Gio's Pizzeria," and to my dismay, it shared its name with my arch-nemesis, Gio. Now, Gio was not your typical foe; he was known for his peculiar habit of collecting vintage pizza cutters. Yes, you heard it right--pizza cutters. His obsession reached such heights that it became a running joke among our friends. The moment I spotted the sign, memories of our epic battles over the absurdity of vintage pizza cutters flooded my mind. Despite my initial resistance, I decided to give Gio's Pizzeria a chance, as I had heard raving reviews about its delectable pizzas. The menu boasted a variety of mouth-watering toppings, and the culinary adventure that awaited seemed too tempting to resist. As I entered Gio's Pizzeria, the enticing aroma of freshly baked dough and rich tomato sauce filled the air. The ambiance was cozy, and the soft glow of the ambient lighting created an inviting atmosphere. However, my joy was short-lived as I noticed the walls adorned with vintage pizza cutters of all shapes and sizes. It was as if Gio himself had designed the interior to torment me. I tried my best to focus on the menu, but the relentless gaze of the pizza cutters made it challenging to appreciate the culinary delights before me. I ordered a pizza recommended by the waiter, hoping that the exquisite flavors would distract me from the ever-present cutters. The first bite was indeed a burst of gastronomic ecstasy, but my enjoyment was tainted by the clinking echoes of my nemesis in every corner. Each subsequent slice brought conflicting emotions - the pleasure of the pizza clashed with the discomfort caused by Gio's omnipresent vintage pizza cutter legacy. I couldn't help but wonder if the chef was secretly a sympathizer of my quirky adversary or if Gio himself had a hand in designing the menu. As I reluctantly finished my meal, I couldn't shake off the feeling that Gio's Pizzeria had been a culinary battleground where my taste buds fought valiantly against the haunting specter of vintage pizza cutters. Leaving the restaurant, I vowed never to return, not because of the pizza but due to the bizarre psychological warfare Gio's name had waged on my dining experience.

Gio's has become our "Go To" for delicious takeout or delivery. Their pizza is the closest I've found in Santa Rosa to a traditional NY hand tossed thin crust. As most NYers will tell you, the pizza is best when it's just cheese or one topping, but Gio's offers a wide variety of specialty pies for people with more of a West Coast palate. Still gotta try their calzones- they look really good, but I love the pizza so much it's hard for me to branch out. Keep up the great work Gio's!!! ? ? ? ? ?
