Our dining experience at Jackson's was a wonderful surprise discovery. Our attentive servers brought beautifully presented cocktails to start, followed by oysters which were cold and tasty with a perfectly balanced Mignonette. The brick chicken and the lamb flatbread were equally delicious and amply portions. We highly recommend this restaurant when visiting Santa Rosa. Well done Jackson's!

Group of four, we had a wonderful Sunday lunch at Jackson's. The waiter was very accommodating and let us take our time in ordering (per our wishes) yet was attentive when needed. All diners were more than pleased with their choice. Two had dessert and we shared a bottle of wine. A lovely experience! Kudos!

We had reservations for 2 @ 4pm on a Saturday afternoon. We arrived shortly before 4pm and were seated immediately. Service was exceptional! Friendly, prompt and never rushed. We ordered a variety of appetizers, a main and dessert to share. Everything we tried was delicious!! Our bellies were full and our foodie souls were happy & content as we were on our way to our next stop just after 5pm. We had a wonderfully delicious time at Jackson's and will most certainly be back!

Our group experienced a number of menu items we would order the Chicken Picatta Meatball appetizer and the Caesar Salad again as well as the sandwiches but thought the fried chicken tenders were good as well as the buttermilk dressing the sweet potato salad left us wanting in the Fried Chicken Salad.
We took our two grandkids there early on a Saturday evening. The staff was so accommodating! They quickly sat us at a table and even quicker brought two complimentary kid's appetizers. The boys were so hungry....did they know all hell might break lose at any moment? The appetizers saved the day. We quickly ordered meals for them. While their meals were being prepared, we took our time looking over the menu. Their food came out quickly, but we never saw our server again to place our food order. Fortunately, the kid's orders were HUGE and we ate a bit of theirs. When they brought the check, we ordered a burger to go. The burger was out quickly and everyone was still happy. (It's likely that after we placed the order for the kids, our sever thought that was all we were getting. No harm done.)

The bartender with the beard and dark brown hair refused to serve my friend for absolutely no reason and was so rude when we asked for waters, it was so uncalled for and just ruined the vibe of our evening. There was no reason for him to be that rude and on a power trip.
