We came in this morning for my daughter’s birthday. She asked them to make it “special” since it was her birthday (extra love or whatnot). The lady at the counter (wish I got her name) was so sweet. She happily said she could do that. When my daughter’s smoothie was ready, she said she upgraded her to a medium as a birthday treat. I hope this doesn’t get her in trouble but my daughter was sooo happy to get a little something extra for her special day. So thank you to the sweet young lady who did a little something extra to make my kiddo smile.

I have visited this location twice recently. The first time the two young ladies working were so bothered that I had to order & gave me so much attitude. I let it go. This morning I visited again & of them was working & I had let her know I was there to pick up my online order. No hello, good morning, nothing.. I had to initiate the conversation & all she said was “name?”, grabbed my drink from the fridge, & rudely handed it to me. I wish juice shack was still open because the drinks & staff were 100% better. If you don’t like to work a customer service job then find a new job.

miscommunication with my order for 2 belgium waffles , i said 2 they heard one should've just comp it for the mistake

Today around 1 P.m. I visited the store I order large, chunky strawberry bowl. There was three employee in the store, and I am the only customer I waited for my order more than 20 minutes, but all of them were busy and laughing and talking preparing my order half then she realize I order a large, then she start making it again after spending 25 minute over there. I left without my bowl.
The new Greek yogurt protein bowls with peanut butter, waffle pieces, & carmel is extra yummy & filling..

I love coming in here(almost daily) for my wheatgrass and breakfast. Everyone is kind and efficient. They genuinely care when they ask how i'm doing. It makes me feel like i'm at home and I love it!

Ordered one of their bowls and was told they were out of fresh bananas and this is all I got for an eight dollar bowl. When I asked if it was all the way full because it was pretty much empty. The girls said you can talk to corporate about it if you have a problem. Don’t recommend paying eight dollars for something that is a quarter full.

Disappointed today. Had multiple orders as a treat for the kids and was told “we already cleaned our carrot machine” when I asked for an orange carrot twist. It’s 6:20 pm and they don’t close until 8. (???)I usually have great experiences here. Hoping a manager sees the feedback and considers making a change.
