Came in for lunch with my dad. The giant sandwich was perfect for two to share. The guy cutting the meats and cheeses was super kind (although soft spoken) and he created a conversation with us. It was him and one other person working. We took a seat and ate, and all seemed alright. A little while later, the first guy came up, offered us two of their cookies and apologized because he was distracted by something going on outside, that he had to attend to. Overall, great service...
I like to call in ahead of time and order my sandwiches so I just have to pop in and pay and the sandwiches are already.

Visited and placed an order to go for 6 sandwiches, it took about 25 minutes and felt super chaotic/disheveled. When we got to our destination, one of the sandwiches was missing. I called the next day to ask for a refund (and he did say they had found a sandwich not bagged) and was told they couldn’t look up my transaction since I no longer had my receipt. Not happy with the experience in store or with the missing sandwich! Can’t recommend.
