Mac's is THE Santa Rosa institution. It's a phenomenal lunch spot that gets better every time I come here. The pastrami sandwich is possibly the best I've ever tasted, but what truly sets Mac's apart is how warm and connecting the staff is. They are always the busiest a person could be and yet they never fail to take the time to connect with their guests and make sure that every need is attended to. There's only one explanation for this high of quality...
I have eaten at Mac’s many times and have never been disappointed! They have a huge selection and are happy to personalize any dish for you. Service with smiles! Our favorite place to eat in Santa Rosa.
From the outside, this place looks like a tiny little hole in the wall. When you walk in, you realize that it goes about 70 to 80 ft deep. Plenty of seating for lots of people. The portions are really big and extremely tasty. The same family has owned this place for two generations now and the third generation waits tables. You won't find friendlier people. Highly recommend this place.
