This McDonald's is quiet inside but nothing to write home about. The service isn't great, they don't really talk to you at all, but they are quick. It's McDonald's. But it is always clean

The McDonald's on Mendocino I'm pretty sure there's ramp accessibility. For the McDonald's on Mission there is a ramp and it's right in front of the wheelchair parking spaces

The kiosk is setup to upsell you the entire time. There was 4 people in the place and they still screwed up a very simple order. Food wasn't even warm.

I had a bad time with this location, bad for even fast food. So, I tried to take the survey on the receipt, and I get an error. I try to take the survey without the survey code, online form auto closes on me.

The long and short is, I paid for 2 double Hamburgers, and specified as I have done probably (at least!) a few hundred times in my life based on visiting fast food 2 or more times a week every week, every year, for 25 or more years now, that yes all I want is 2 double Hamburgers without cheese or onions. I do not want cheeseburgers. I want double Hamburgers. No cheese. The tag that printed in the kitchen was at least rung in correctly on the ticket, but alas, cheese. Why even have a ticket if you're just going to do whatever you want? I can't eat cheese. The ticket lists double hamburger no onions. Why is it a cheeseburger?

Do you expect me to drive back after I get home to wait for an order correction? No. It isn't my mistake and I won't be spending my time or gas to fix it.

I used to be a manager at a fast food restaurant. I know what it takes to do this job.

I can honestly say this location, and thus their management and training program, is garbage. I'm paying real food prices at this point, not classic affordable drive thru fast food prices, for my order to be wrong anyway.

Additionally I hate the drive thru and parking lot at this location. I recommend you, who reads this, to avoid this location specifically.

I ordered a spicy delux...I got a quarter pound. Every time I get the wrong thing! I asked for ranch and the lady gave me attitude about it. Terrible customer service
