I didn't hear the Island music but the food was flavorful, delish and the service was prompt. A must stop if you are in the area! I wish I could box up the little restaurant and take it back home.

The best chicken katsu ever, I always get it with all Mac salad. I highly recommend Ohana Hawaiian Barbecue. All of the staff are always so friendly and treat you like family. You will be a repeat customer like I am if you give them a try. My wife and I eat here so often they know us by first names.

Wouldn’t recommend. Went in and made an order to go. Went all the way home, realized the order was missing an item and the sauces I had requested. Mistakes happen it’s not the end of the world, but I called right away and the phone just went straight to voice mail. I called multiple times on my way back and it kept going to voicemail. When I got there and explained what happened, the cashier decided to argue with me instead of making things right. Zero intention from their employees to make things right. I will never be willing to give my hard earned money to a restaurant with such terrible customer service again

Staff was fantistic. Friendly, welcoming and very courteous. Chicken and ribs were on point. Delicious !Macaroni salad was very good. Rice was perfect stickyness, however bland flavor, rice needed to be salted. The teriyaki beef was the main issue. Beef tasted old, was not marinated properly and was not seared.

Always the same lovely people every time I come in. The man who makes the food is amazing and everything always comes out crazy fast. The staff at the front are helpful and kind. I always order the short rib plate and it is a 10/10 every time. Love this place!!!

I love this place! I look forward to some soon as I'm in town. Unfortunately, after today, 12/29, I'll no longer be eating here after finding tons of black hairs in the middle of my white rice.

I went to the restaurant today to enjoy a nice Hawaiian meal with my friends. My friend had nasty chicken skin and his meal. My friend had a stomach ache. I had to use the bathroom and I felt very sick that day. My cousin ended up with salmonella from the chicken, please I do not recommend if you’re trying to eat and not be sick after.

I grew up in SR and frequented this place with my mom. I have moved away as an adult and although it's been 20 years since the first time I tried Ohana, I still come back every time I come home!
The Santa Rosa location is cheaper, friendlier and TASTIER than any around.
