End of Sep 2024 I spent 2 days in Santa rosa and both night got dinner from this place. It was very crowded and a lot if customer in there. Customer service was fast and polite. Quality and quantity both is good. Parking is free and available, but crowded. My order was MIX and the price was $15.50 which was fair for the food I received. Check the pix.
Parking: Big busy lot at front.
Kid-friendliness: A lot of kids inside.
Wheelchair accessibility: Is accessible.

It was good food, but the "lava chicken" wasn't spicy and I'm a spice lightweight. Still tasted good though, and fast and nice staff

Great service, great food, reasonable price, good vibes, extra sauce, if they make a mistake with an online order they are very accommodating and work hard to make it right
Great spot for Hawaiian bbq. Had the pork and chicken katsu, as well as macaroni salad - all were great!

The atmosphere is pretty lame and the review about the bathroom is appalling. They must pay their cooks and chefs well because I know for a fact they don’t pay their cashiers well. That out of the way the food came out fast and was great. I’ll be looking for the best Hawaiian restaurant in California. If this satisfies me every time then I’ll be coming back. But I wasn’t a fan of their discriminatory hiring practices. Good luck to this business, I’m sure it’ll be around. But seriously consider paying your employees a fair wage.

They don’t miss! Food is consistent, good taste, big portions. Always greeted with a big smile and “aloha!” Quick and easy dining option.

Ohana Hawaiian Barbecue is a great place to enjoy good food. For example, the barbecue chicken is a delicious dish to eat. The employees are nice people with customers in my opinion.

Great food, generous servings. However, it was really hot inside, no air conditioning. I had #4 Hawaiian BBQ chicken. It was juicy and flavorful with a sweet and smoky taste. Volcano chicken was breaded with a nice spicy kick. These portions are large enough to share.

First time trying this place and it was terrible. The lau lau with Kalua pork tasted like it had been sitting on the bottom of a hot pan all day. It tasted burnt and lacked flavor. There was also a hair in it!!! I enjoyed the mac but very disappointing for a $18 plate. No sauces came with it either.

Ohana Hawaiian Barbecue's mouthwatering chicken cutlet is a must-try! Whether you're in the area or just passing by, it's worth the stop. I always order mine with sauce on the side, and it never disappoints. Despite living 2.5 hours away, I make sure to stock up, grabbing three every visit. It's a joy to share with my husband back home, who's equally enamored. When we're together in the area, it's become a daily ritual to indulge in their delicious chicken cutlet alongside their loco loco and spam musubi.
