Well where to start? I know this COVID-19 is very serious, but customer service should be valued regardless. Anyways, I came in to purchase 2 large Passion Papaya Green Teas. And wait times are different nowadays, so they really focus most of their orders on third party deliveries. But yeah, I walked in and they were solving an issue with another customer. No acknowledgement of me being there, everyone kept running around with their heads cut off. Where is the structure?!! Then while i was ordering she left me briefly (didn't even say she'll be back) then came back with help because I guess she had no knowledge of operating her kiosk. Not only that, I made sure to check if she had my order correct. NOPE. She put an order in for two large smoothies, good thing I didn't pay yet. Then they had an audacity to say they're no longer making any of the teas. I only come here for pastries and the teas. So why not?!!! Then tried to offer me a fountain drink. I denied the offer. There was no sense of hospitality in this place and I will no longer come here due to the lack of great customer service. Please remember that you guys are running a restaurant still and with the less chaos of seating people, no one should have issues.

Due to the Shelter in Place order I used Panera's "Take-Out" service for lunch. I ordered from the Panera on Steele Ln. I Ordered the "You pick 2" combos. Had the Broccoli Cheddar soup and the Roasted Turkey and Avocado BLT sandwich. Also ordered the Tomato Soup with the Bacon Turkey Bravo sandwich. My order was ready in less than 15 minutes. The soup was nice and hot and the sandwiches were very fresh. This was the right size of meal for lunch.

Disappointing experience. They were out of everything I wanted. I am afraid it is due to the location. The parking lot and surrounding was tattered and dirty. Their saving grace was the friendly service. I would try it out again, with lowered expectations, just because of the service. Food was sufficient just not what I was wanting when I chose to eat at Panera.

We love Panera. My 9 year old loves their salads and bread. The grain bowls are ahhmazing!! And as the kicker, the staff are always super friendly and happy.

I love Panera, especially this location. I probably order through the app once a week and pick up breakfast on my way to work. Of the probably 50 times I've ordered they only messed up once, which is amazing. The manager really cares, I've talked to him a few times and he loves that panera is healthy "fast food" that is why he got into the business. I get a breakfast sandwich and tea and it's always good. Now that the shopping center has trimmed the bushes across from their location there are far fewer vagrants camping out in the shopping center which is a great improvement. I'm glad the shopping center landlord took some action on this.

This Panera is particularly good for being Panera. There are several things I enjoy on the menu and both my boyfriend and I enjoy getting lunch here occasionally together. It's by no means fabulous and could be compared to as better hospital food, but if you find the right item and come here at the right time, your expectations are generally met. What's good? The grilled cheese, tomato soup, French onion soup, Mac and cheese, Greek salad, scones, cinnamon roll, cookies, etc. The perks here are that you can do the "pick 2" where you can get a 1/2 sandwich and salad or soup, and mix and match your items. Their bread is pretty tasty as well - don't get the chips!

Excellent food and service. Not sure why so many poor reviews. Staff was super friendly and on top of things! From time I ordered to when my tray was picked up. I was very pleased with my 10 vegetable soup. Tasted home made! Also restaurant is very clean and comfortable. I will definitely be coming back.

The food is ok. Panera bread is predictably Ok to good. However in this location one of the chef's was super hairy. That alone is fine but he is cooking and handling my food. No hairnet nothing to contain 3 or 4 persons worth of thick black curly hair head face neck everywhere. So this may not matter to some peaple but it really grosses me out. Since the kitchen and food prep area is so visible I saw it as soon as we walked in.

went in to get a to go order. THE GOOD: the restaurant dining area was clean. the employee at the counter was super friendly and inviting. ... THE BAD: order took a while to get out. Why? not sure. I was the only one in the restaurant . when I finally did get my order, it as only because I got up to ask for it. I get home and start taking out my food items.i noticed my bag was a little wet. the lid on soup wasn't put on correctly and had spilled all over everything. no big deal though. im not too picky. besides I was starving and didn't feel like driving all the way back to restaurant. ...the soup taste really good, but for the price I payed, i would expect more soup. luckily, I still had my sandwich. ...sadly though, the FULL sandwich was super tiny. ive seen kids meals at other places that have bigger kid size sandwiches! it was really disappointing and not filling at all! I ended up having to eat a bowl of cereal. ....next time ill just go to subway.

I stopped by this afternoon after a visit to CVS. I was hungry so I went for the full size steak and cheddar sandwich . Omg. The amount of steak and cheese was so small all I could taste was the bread. $12 for the worst sandwich I ever had. If I could vote zero stars I would. Never again.
It was my first time at this location. I ordered a sandwich and Mac and cheese to go. I was a little surprised that it was $19. I hoped it was the best sandwich I ever had. I took the sandwich out of the bag to put in a plate at home and the sandwich fell out of the wrapping and into the bag. A total mess. Not impressed. I don't see why this is $19. I've had amazing sandwiches at high end restaurants that cost less and were better. I'm giving it two stars as I assume it would be better if I did not take this to go.

I use to love Panera Bread but lately it taste like they are microwaving their food. Got a pasta the other day that was cold and they just threw it in the microwave. The mac and cheese doesnt taste the same anymore. Not happy with Panera Bread these days.

Check your order before you leave! Twice now ordered specific items to arrive home with incorrect order. They offer to remake the item but once you're home that's the last thing you want to do is drive back again.
