Disappointing experience. They were out of everything I wanted. I am afraid it is due to the location. The parking lot and surrounding was tattered and dirty. Their saving grace was the friendly service. I would try it out again, with lowered expectations, just because of the service. Food was sufficient just not what I was wanting when I chose to eat at Panera.
I love Panera, especially this location. I probably order through the app once a week and pick up breakfast on my way to work. Of the probably 50 times I've ordered they only messed up once, which is amazing. The manager really cares, I've talked to him a few times and he loves that panera is healthy "fast food" that is why he got into the business. I get a breakfast sandwich and tea and it's always good. Due to the Shelter in Place order I used Panera's "Take-Out" service for lunch. I ordered from the Panera on Steele Ln. I Ordered the "You pick 2" combos. Had the Broccoli Cheddar soup and the Roasted Turkey and Avocado BLT sandwich. Also ordered the Tomato Soup with the Bacon Turkey Bravo sandwich. My order was ready in less than 15 minutes. The soup was nice and hot and the sandwiches were very fresh. This was the right size of meal for lunch.
