Son-in-law’s family chose to have dinner there. We sat at the grill which was not my choice. I ordered the tonkatsu was cold, the shredded cabbage was not fresh. My husband ordered the 3 bento box which was not good. Mostly rice rolls no tempura and grated cabbage. If you sit at the grill you are going to leave smelling like fish or grilled meat. I didn’t enjoy the food. Very expensive for mediocre food. You could get better food at a less expensive Japanese...
Good experience for a simple walk in. The sushi rolls & nigiri were absolutely delicious, as well as the quail shooters- definitely recommend. I will complain that it took a while for our food to come, and one of our dishes were left out.
Food was good but man is it expensive. Im always against forced gratuity. $8 to have noodles. $12 for a Philly roll. $9 for 5 crab wonton, hopefully it was real crab. I dont know how Californian's live like this.
