Store was pretty empty as it was early on a Sunday, waited to be told my order was ready, and found out it was but nobody cared calling my name and if they did, didn't care I obviously didn't hear it. My croissant was days old. Bathroom is really dirty, quite schoking for such a franchise

We live out of the area now and so we never get good access to Peet's coffee. This is one of our constant stopovers anytime we're driving through the area. This location in particular seems to be much better then others in the area. They always make the drinks, they always have a really nice positive attitude, in the store and the bathrooms are always clean.

I actually stayed in the van while others got the beans of happiness. But I got a full report and it sound s like everything is hunky dory at this location, Santa Rosa representing! I suggest the mocha Java decafe for the next couple of years.

I placed a mobile order ahead and normally I don’t have any issue, but this time they were totally backlogged. When I finally received my food., it was 10 min late, it was cold. When I mentioned something to the barista, she explained to me that they received a lot of orders and sometimes the food is done first. That was pretty clear to me and I didn’t really need explanation for that. How if my food is cold when I pick it up why would I want it? luckily the barista behind her said she had one out of the oven and she gave it to me. But I couldn’t help But feel a bit of fronted that the other barista expected me to take her answer and just my food and beyond with my day.
