Their food was great, the service and management was helpful and the old school feeling inside was awesome too. Unfortunately they are no longer in business for over a month or so. I saw a PG&E letter of power shutoff stuck on the window a couple of weeks ago and the tables and chairs are all gone now.

I regretted going there right after ordering. Some lights in the eating area were out. The smell of the fryer was so strong it was almost unbearable. As soon as I got home, my wife also started commenting on the scent of a fryer. So those aspects were not great.I went there because I've gotten their food on Doordash, and they seem like a good comfort food provider. On this night I order a full dip sandwich. Huge mistake. The half sandwich was the size of a normal full-sized sandwich. So it was too much. Flavor was good, though. Not a ton of meat, and the mayo seemed odd on it, but it was otherwise pretty tasty. I'd get it again at the half size.But, yeah, in person, the place is a bit sketchy...and smelly.
Kid-friendliness: There are some vending machines for kids. Otherwise, it's not a great place for a family meal.

Wish I could actually give stars to this restaurant that I've never tried. Every time I go there or call during business hours there's no answer and nobody is in the business it's actually closed when the hours on the door say open so I'm not sure maybe they had a family emergency every time that I've tried to go there but I would love to eat here please let me know you're correct hours thank you

Me and my boyfriend just came here today around 2PM, and the customer service was absolutely amazing! Shoutout to the woman with the glasses who helped us up front. She definitely deserves a raise! I would rate 5 stars, but a few things were a little bland (i.e. chips, pico de gallo). Other than that, everything else was really good! Ended our meal with the Churro Doodle & I would definitely recommend it. Don’t miss out! :)

Went in with no expectations because the reviews r so mixed, but WOW was I pleasantly surprised:)We got the Philly cheese steak sandwich, chili cheese fries, kids grilled cheese, taco plate, pulled pork fries and the Chile relleno plate.... All of it was very very goodFresh and hot and all the food has such good flavor! Personally the Philly was awesome and exactly what I wanted the bread was soft and toasted on the inside it was wonderful. Fries weren't soggy even under the chili cheese... Just lovelyVery happy we came and will come again!

Ritchies is a small restaurant but it is a hidden gem in this area of Santa Rosa. The people who serve you are friendly and have a sense of humor that makes it a plus. The food is pretty good, like the Philly cheesesteak sandwich or the carne asada fries. This is my new favorite place for fast food.

Super yummy! Carne fries is huge - probably can eat off this for the week, lol! Got a mangolada too - very yummy. battered mushroom - delicious, and the chicken burrito was seasoned really nicely. Flavorful, fresh and pretty good value! I'd eat here every day but it's about an hour out of my way.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The owner is amazing. Affordable prices aside, Richie's offers high quality delicious food. The variety is mind boggling and portions are plentiful. This is one of our new "go-to" spots..
