This restaurant really let us down, took over 1 hour for our food when others got their food within 20 minutes of arrival. Don't sit outside and don't eat here, food had no taste and felt like a waste of time to eat here. This restaurant was on ddd, Guy really can't say bad about the places he visits but this one, really disappointing. No flavor and will never visit again.

I loved the food! From a nutrition standpoint, the pho was the perfect balance of fiber and macronutrients. I had so much more energy. Incredible deserts, wide variety of boba. Mango Green Tea was Amazing. Taro was the best ive ever had. Super nice waiters! But I'm gatekeeping the flan 🤫😅 (its insane(ly good))
Under staffing, I have been waiting almost 10 mins just for a to go box for my food that hasn't finished. And it charges me $4 for a frcking white rice side order! Most expensive white rice I have ever had before at such a level of restaurant . Will not visit again.

Not a fancy restaurant but caters to every day good comfort food with Vietnamese flare. I usually make an effort to eat here while I am in Santa Rosa. I usually order the beef cross cut ribs that's grilled...yummy!

A friend and I went for a quick bite. There was plenty of seating and the atmosphere was casual. Front counter staff told us to sit wherever and brought us menus. Our order was taken in a timely fashion and the waitress was kind. We got our food within a few minutes and it was good and steaming hot. I ordered pork and vermicelli noodle stir fry. It was basic but very tasty. The vegetables (bok choy, carrots, celery, onions) tasted fresh and we're a good cooked but still a little firm consistency. The portions were large and I ended up taking some leftovers home. Overall a good experience, would go again and would recommend. Waitress was friendly and attentive.

I always get take-out. Some restaurants aren't very hospital to take-out orders. Simply Vietnam service has been extremely courteous every time I have come in. The food is great. The only thing off here is the handicap parking not being close to the door.

Fantastic vietnamese food. We had the bun bo hue (spicy beef noodle soup) and regular pho, with egg rolls and a Boba tea. Everything was excellent. The soup was delicious and very fresh!
Went here literally only because it was convenient and next to where we were already. Its definitely in an old fast food/drive through lol. Got the roast pork bahn mi and the lemongrass beef bahn mi, both with pate. And the Taro milk tea half sweet. YALL. THE BAHN MI IS PERFECT. LOTS of filling, not too much bread, bread is soft but crispy on the outside, veggies are fresh, pate is delicious. Usually I am a pork bahn mi fan but oh my god the lemongrass bahn mi was to die for.
Taro milk tea was also delicious with strong tea flavor and not too sweet. Other food things people around us had looked/smelled good too. Also the servers were all super nice.
But... seriously... the lemongrass beef bahn mi... this was like 10 hours ago I am still thinking about it...

Way overpriced for the lack of quality food (over $100 for 4 people, no drinks). They asked if we’d like rice noodles instead of plain rice, but did not say there was an extra $3 charge per person for this substitution that was not asked for, but suggested by the waitress. The staff are friendly, but due to the overpriced, mediocre food and atmosphere, we would not go again.

I ordered over the phone and requested no peanut sauce and extra chili paste. I received extra peanut sauce. I called and and informed them of their mistake. A few minutes later, one of the employees texted me on my cell phone and informed me that I was banned and then blocked my number. That was wildly unprofessional and uncalled for to use my number for malicious purposes. Shame on you.
