We ordered online as indicated by their post to only call if you had issues or when you got there. We waited until Sunday morning so we could get beignets, ordering form opened right at 11 and we had our order queued by 11:06am, the online form said it would be ready after 1:30pm...okay not quite what we were expecting trying to order them for brunch but decided to still go for it. Put our credit card in and placed our order, email then said it would be ready for pickup at 2:10pm....read full review
