The drinks are good but this is literally the worst Starbucks in town. Everytime I come here it take 10-15 mins to get my drinks, I stand and wait while the staff finishes whatever they are doing before helping me and they’re rude.
Waiting over 20 minutes for our in-house order, a mobile order was having the same issue. They are busy, but have six wait staff. We let the staff know several times and were blown off. We were not asked if we wanted or given a receipt. The checkout girl did not ask our name either … we had to tell her and she didn’t write it down. We had paid cash. I loved going to Starbucks till they rushed and didn’t put the right milk in my drink and it made my stomach upset and I’m very unhappy with Starbucks because I specifically said coconut milk and they put real milk. I’m not going to this Starbucks ever again.
